Well, he is asking for stuff to be shipped someplace. You then ship the product, and fly down to the address. Call police when you know the UPS guy is there and await delivery and see who answers to take it.

Had 3 fraudulent orders from this same phone number. They all used different cards, e-mail addresses, and billing addresses all with AVS matches. However they all used the SAME shipping address and phone number and all orders were in the $800+ range. Vendors PM me if you have questions or just want to talk strategies for preventing this kind of thing.
