Got Officer Park's text...

My kit had pretty different connectors. On my H4s with hi-lo function, there are 3 plugs coming out of the bulb. 2 of them connect to the ballast, and 1 of them connects to the hi-lo actuator (separate box). From the ballast, there's 1 plug which goes to the hi-lo actuator, and from the hi-lo actuator, there's 1 plug which connects to the stock wiring in the car.

On my mom's BMW, there are 2 wires coming out of the bulb. Both connect to the ballast, and the ballast has a simple plug which connects to the stock wiring.

My best guess from your picture...

The plug next to the bulb, goes to the stock wiring in your car. And the remaining plug goes to the ballast.

really. that's odd. try connecting the two wires and then connect the oem connector with that connector coming out of the ballast and then try

Yeah, looking again, that should be it. The igniter (little box) needs power from the OEM wiring. And it looks like that comes from the plug which is right next to the bulb. From the igniter, the power runs to the ballast, and the ballast's output goes to the bulb, which is the long wire to the bulb with the sheathing on it.

Try with the other ballast and bulb, and don't reverse the plugs, don't know if that fries the ballast? LOL. Weird how DDM would use plugs that can be plugged in the wrong way... On my kits there is only 1 way for things to plug in.

Hmm... Might want to give DDM tuning a call and have those pictures available to e-mail them. The instructions posted show cutting wire etc. and I wouldn't want to cut the wrong ones. They are pretty helpful with install stuff too I believe. Worth a shot.
