I used a Mercedes Benz adhesive, which I knew worked well for fabrics and leather and also bought some High Strength Adhesive in aerosol cans from a place called Perfect Fit. It is designed for headliners and works in heat and humidity. For the actual r&r of parts, I'd list it at a 2 on a 1-10 scale, however I have lots of European car experience and can figure out how things come apart nicely. For the sunvisors, I disassembled a new visor and found that the factory folds the visor in half to enclose the pivot arm, so they bond the fabric to the flat piece and then tuck the edges under. Not wanting to worry about the visor going back together, I just started on one side, and glued right up to the edge of the seam and used a flat card to push the fabric into the slit.

I bought black interior trim parts like I was doing an anthracite swap but wanted to take it a step further. I will be painting the overhead control panel and dome lamp panels though to keep from having to reprogram the car.
