E90 Lighting Guide

After trying to find the right bulbs for replacements, I stumbled upon the sylvania website, which has a configurator for all the different bulbs on the E90. I found this information to be very helpful for those that are looking to replace or upgrade some of their lights.

Here is what I have found for the cars with Xenon lights:

2006 BMW 325i, 325Xi, 330i, 330xi (With HID (high intensity discharge) headlamps)

Low beam headlamp
HID-D1S

High beam headlamp (DRL)
H7

Parking light
2825

Front turn signal
7507A

Rear turn signal
7506

Tail light
7528

Stop light
7528

Fog/Driving light
H11-55W

License plate
6418

Front sidemarker
2825

Glove box
6418

Step/Courtesy light
2821
6411
6418

Trunk/Cargo area
6411

It actually stemmed from me trying to find an amber bulb for the taillights... I have sold the Euro's already . They were great, but I got an offer I could not refuse...

Ive found a set of bulbs for the rear turn signal, now contemplating the license plate bulbs. I dont want to do the interior because I like the color... for now atleast...

drop bumper for hl replace

I don't know about the xenon, but when I replaced the halogens I had a hell of a time, I would definately recommend dropping the bumper. I have small hands and it took me about 4 hours and a dozen scratches and bruises to do so!!!

Hum, really dreemcache??? Wow I have the halogens also and replaced all four bulbs in like 40 minutes, wellz mainly because it's freaking hot here in New Orleans and I had to wipe my sweat every 5 minutes~~~ I think it took WAY TOO MUCH efforts to try to remove the bumpers and stuff. Yeah I had to admit that the space in there is TIGHT as hell, but with patience it should be just fine. I guess that's my experience then....

Which of these are the ones on the front turn signals?
I thought the parking light is the same one as the signal light.

Parking light
2825

Front turn signal
7507A

What's the difference between 7507A and 7507?

Any diy guide on signal light replacement?
I want to swap out the amber parking lights for white ones to match the xenons.

Care to share where you got amber turn signal bulbs from, for the back?
Did you get them from sylvania?
Have you put them on? How do they look?

Where can I find 7528 taillight in amber? I think it will look better with blackline because it won't show the white light in between.
