Common mistake is to swap the O2 sensors but I don't think that's the case. You would get some codes thrown and a CEL.
Since you erased the codes, try to see if it throws some codes. Good luck. |

Looks like you're getting misfire codes, maybe try changing out all of the plugs?

Damage may have occurred to some if not all of your o2's when uninstalling and re-installing, I would check voltages on all the o2's as well.

what do you mean you shifted the sensors?
the o2 fault is for the o2 on bank 2 after the cats. have them check the signal at the DME to see if the sensor is sending a correct signal... |

He shifted the 02 bungs for the sensors...He has RHD car and the fitment of the DPs were not working because the 02 sensors crossed each other, so he had to reposition the 02 bungs

From your codes, it looks like you're misfiring on bank 2, or cyl 4-6.
Furthermore, your post-cat O2 sensors are reading 0.0V. I don't think that's supposed to be the case. You also got a 2C9F code related to your post-cat O2 sensors. All in all, the codes point pretty clearly to your post-cat O2 sensors as the first troubleshooting point. Not only that, if it's bank 2 misfires rather than all 6 cyl, it may mean only 1 of the post-cat O2 sensors went bad. Let us know after you take a look and have more data. At this point, it is unlikely the O2 sims are the issue until you get the above checked out.

are you taking those voltage readings while the engine running? The post cat oxygen sensors only monitor the efficiency of the cat and really shouldn't cause the car to run rough or misfire. Now if there was a problem with the pre-cat sensors then you can cause a misfire...
what's the production date of your car? there is an SIB to update the DME software due to misfires on cars with an MSD80 DME. There is also another bulletin that says to replace the injectors on the cylinders that are misfiring. have you tried swapping coils, plugs, and injectors? |

what is your high pressure fuel reading on start up and idle? start up should be 170bar and 50 bar at idle...
edit: pressure should drop from 170bar to 50bar after about 30-45 seconds after startup. |
