One thing I really love about this coupe is the trunk line. It seems to be a very very well thought out and smooth transition.. the new design language of BMW seems to be getting more and more refined to where it should be, with each new car.

It looks bigger than I expected. I looking forward to seeing this thing in the metal.

The last Jason's pic is a E90 photoshop. Look at the headlights (too big), the hood, side skirt, side crease, the rear. It's E90.
But all these increased frequency of spy pics means only one thing: we are only few days away from the official press release. Steaming up the heat. It's a pattern BMW do always follow. |

From the side profile, the coupe looks as bland of a car as you are going to find, IMO. I hope I'm wrong.

I remember two pics posted a lot earlier along with this discussion and they had diff. lines.
First pic is sure enough a E90 coupe/convertible and it has a lot more conventional and nice lines around that area you were talking about and the second pic is an M6 convertible with the lines a bit like the ones we could see on the more recent pictures. I think only time will tell... Quote:

allright now were getting somewhere. Well i still dont know what to think about that car. The rear looks plumb, the drivers seat looks like it is too far on front
Also the line-flow (as shown above) is a real styling desaster if you ask me. That doesnt fit there. This could be one car you may just like seeing it in real life with some nice fat rims. Actually i really like the M3 sedan shown. Looks more complete |

yea noticed that too..
Well i have a bad feeling about the coupe. I fear they only planed a cabrio first and then decided (very late) to build a coupe too. The body may come from the cabrio and will be alot heavier than a "build from scratch" coupe. |
