BMW Performance Wheel Style 269

Hello again.

In looking at wheels, I have come to like the BMW Performance 269. However, I now find that the wheels are listed as NOT FOR XI models.

My question is why? Offset?

Front axle: 8Jx19" IS37, Rear axle: 9Jx19" IS39

they will fit no problem. I have style 230's which say "not for Xi" but they fit no problem.
