If I were to sell my car...

I went on NADA's website to look a values for my car.
2006 325i with auto/sport/prem/nav/rear shades/15K miles going for about $38K private party. KBB shows it closer to $32K
Do you think that I can actually get $38K amount or do you think that a buyer (someone who's not an avid e90post fan

) would try to lowball lower than $32K?

I'm thinking of selling this and getting a 335i sedan but I would need to sell it first and drive my truck for a while until the hype dies down a bit so I don't have to pay over invoice which I don't mind doing.

I actually paid closer to 42K out the door with $0 down incl T/L
I pretty much got all the goodies incl CA and rear shades. I forgot how much the car was from sticker but I do know it was $500 over invoice.
