Wheel Size/Offset Question

For the wheel and tire experts, please let me know if I will be okay with this setup:

2006 E90 325i
Front: 18x8 ET35 - 225/40/18

Rear: 18x9 ET35 - 255/35/18

Thanks in advance.

Garage List
2009 BMW  [9.24]
You'll probably be tucked in the rear...may want to opt for a more aggressive offset or some spacers

You're very close to OEM fitment with those sizes.
OEM is 18x8 ET34 and 18x8.5 ET37 with the same tire as you asked about.

it is a Plug and play fitment.
If you are looking to buy wheels with that fitment, and you want it to look a little more flush, you can always add spacers to make them stick out.

Also, note that if you drop the car on springs and coils, the wheels will get tucked in a little with the negative camber.

Therefore, if you are purchasing wheels with future mods in mind, it may be a good route to go more aggressive.

Feel free to call/pm for a free consult.

i obviously want a decent stance, without the car eating the wheels. what size spacers would bring them out to the 'desirable' look. Front and rear or just rear? And what is the maximum width spacer you can use before having to go with the ones with the build it wheel studs.

I'm assuming that you are running stock suspension? If so, a 10mm spacer front and back should be safe, while giving you a more aggressive stance.

Stock suspension for now. I am planning on doing a 1" drop shortly after.

That is not OEM on an E90 325i

what about 20ET. Would this push the wheel further out or tuck them in more?

Yes, 18" OEM wheels is that fitment, I know it's not stock on an 325i.
