Can you start a thread so it appears in all regional forums worldwide

actually, they do seem to be on the ball when anyone criticises them publicly. just a shame they dont respond with such vigor when sorting out their crappy customer service.....

Point taken, this has only been running for over 48hrs now, far too soon to expect a response !

Don't bother using word, just write it up in notepad and copy paste it. Copying from notePad will give you pure ASCII text which you can format in the editor (if needed).

While you are at it I would change the title of this thread to gain more attention with something directly related to the issues/product, and add a couple of tag words for the search terms.

Verdana, as here is the default (on this forum), or

Arial
Century Gothic
Comic Sans
Times New Roman

There are others.

I suggested 'forum supported fonts' as you can then copy what was written in Word and then just drop it straight into a new post
