Although if you have a gearbox of +20-30 years old, running wel... the rule do not change a winning team applies... but again there is no real science on that....

The oil pan has 1 filter and 2*magnets. After 40k i had at least 3mm deposit of metal on them so it was a good thing to do this especially if you drive hard.

Just do a search for ZF TE ML 11, and you can use any fluid on that list.
