Is the ECU really measuring boost pre throttle body?

IF this is the case, makes the peak/hold function of the cobb ap worthless for measuring boost.

Certainly it measures at the manifold?

It measures pre-throttle body.

Sustaind boost in gear is not very peaky in this car. Where some cars might sustain 20 PSI and taper down to 14. This car generally stays within 2 psi from peak to its lowest at high RPM.
