(GVA)Autowest BMW - Gigi Tse

I recently got my car serviced at autowest bmw, my service advisor was Gigi Tse. The cup holder clip on the passenger right side cracked and fell off, without question she got it replaced with the new LCI ones with the silver trim and also replaced the one near the center console for free to match it up . The cup holders themselves are $120 from the dealer, so i saved a hella lot.

This is just a shoutout to Gigi Tse@Autowest. Best customer service everytime! Highly recommended .

Glad to hear you got good service. Was that covered under warranty?

I give her a 3 out of 5 for service.

Its not supposed to, but she gave me a wink and did it for me and squeezed in to perform the maintenance service for me at the same time.

by reading your sig, you have heavy mods, I am quite surprised SA was very mod friendly
with that saying, do you think they would replace my wheel trim that was peel off under warranty?

got my car serviced there before at the express reception area (under warranty, forgot what service it was). they screwed up on my scheduled time. took them over 1 hour before they even touched my car. i vented out a bit as they wasted my time (I got to sneak out of my office). i went inside where the SAs were, and spoke to gigi. she understood my predicament, apologized, and gave me a free "basic" spa (worth a li'l over $100), valid within 1 year. was a bit surprised at her gesture, as i know the culture that exist at this dealership is in contrary of her action.

BJ would almost always give me a brand new 335i or 135i for my courtesy car...

well guys, i booked an appointment, we will see how it goes with Gigi because past experiences with other SA's and autowest weren't plesant (didn't fix the stuff that was promised, crappy courtesy cars etc).

last time i was at the BMW store, they invited me to go to the manager's room to look a the white board of cars that were available as demo cars. there was 335xi, 335d, various 328's but i chose the 128 convertible . what a blast that little thing.

Hope i get a BMW loaner at Autowest.

That's weird that while other people are getting mazda 3's and jeeps from BJ, I'm getting hooked up with 335's and 135's EVERY time.

I love Autowest. All their SA's are great.

And fuck Brian Jessel. Seriously, fuck them. I requested to replace the peeling door trim in my e92 335i, and they had to call their manager to give me a talk about how they will replace only the trim ONCE and only ONCE, and lectured me about how to prevent the trim from peeling. Then they made me wait 4 hours only to let me know that they decided not to replace my peeling trim. All this time they refused to give me a courtesy car.

Next day, I called Autowest and they replaced my trims, both doors and steering wheel, no question asked within hours, and gave me an X3 courtesy. Autowest also charges less for the same parts. i.e. PSY24W cornering bulb costs $38 at BJ and $31 at Autowest.

The last loaner I got was a Space Grey 2011 328xi and prior to that an X3.
