you DEF have to wire the two small wires coming from the meth harness. youre talking about the black little wires, one with female head one with male. and you pull wires from pins 17 and 4 from the GREY subconnector (red wires mostly) which should be white and black and those two each get plugged up to the two black wires coming from meth harness... incase you were mixed up? do that and report back. thats what signals meth flow its needed. the only step you can skip is the red power wire being cut and connected to the harness... if you choose too... i skipped it, but we tapped power elsewhere.

Does this also apply to Rev3 units and Rev3 harnesses? I ask because I have exactly the same issues with my Rev3 unit + harness.

I think we've got the problem resolved. Shiv was nice enough to call me about the issue this evening. He was very helpful, and I appreciate the good customer service - he called well after the shop was closed and took the time to figure out all the things that could be causing the issue. Turns out the 1/4 tank of M5 / water mix I put through the system caused a big problem. Any gasoline product in the nozzle will cause the seals to swell and it will stick.

Must step 10 be carried out when having a Rev3 harness as well? I have the same problems but a Rev3 harness instead of a Rev2a harness. The two connectors are unused.

Pretty sure that you have to do step 10 no matter what harness you have.

Ok, thanks. But then Shiv's meth instruction seems a bit confusing since it is mentioned that step 10 is only for rev2.

You have PM
