Dealership replaced turbos - new problems

I just got the turbos replaced under the wastegate rattle warranty, but the day after bringing my car back, I'm throwing

2E82: Electrical cooling pump: switch off
2CFB: Throttle valve adaptation value
2D09: Drosselklappe

Awful throttle response shortly after starting the car. Before I pulled the water pump code, the car did not want to make any boost (JB4 gauge shows that turbos barely go above ambient).

Does the ECU/DME go into a limp mode with 2E82?
Are all of these codes related in any way or are they seperate?
Could a boost leak throw 2CFB and 2D09 since the turbos were recently installed?

Leaving the country in a week for three weeks, would like to attempt to resolve this ASAP. Am also afraid that the dealership will come back and point the blame back at me since it'll be at least a month from when they had it. Any thoughts?
