Formal Introduction

Now that I own two BMWs I have been reading through some of the post / discussion here. Good forum everyone, keep it up.

To introduce myself:
After years of Hondas, Toyotas and Lexus I jumped into BMW last year with my X5 (E70). I still had my Lexus for running around town and errands. I was hoping to keep that car till eternity but eternity came sooner than expected when someone crashed into it and totaled it. With insurance settlement check in hand I was in market for a respectable, reliable, and no frills ride. I was ready to buy another Lexus but had a change of heart at last minute due to following reasons:
1. With introduction of F30 prices of E9Xs have gone down disproportionately
2. Lexus always seemed too big for tight roads and parking spaces where I live
Last but not the least
3. I had been driving a Lexus for last 10+ years (not the same one though), as she would say I started taking my ride for granted. To spice up my relationship with my ride I needed a change.

So here I am with a 2008 328i (E90) with 30K miles. It has 2 months left on original factory warranty. So trying to get all warranty stuff completed. HVA lifters have been replaced once (no ticking). It has N51 engine, no HPFP.
Anything else I should be aware of?

Are they really 156? I thought those were 268. see: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=493527

I need to get rid of my RFTs soon. May be I will bite the bullet and change the set. Any suggestions?
