Power programmers/ performance chipping

I've been looking into a power programmer for my e46 and I'm trying to find the most efficient one that will provide the most power for what I have, my car has a cold air intake and cat-back exhaust, what are the best programmers on the market for BMW?

im really not sure if what to eat for lunch today.


its such a hard decision since i had english muffins for breakfast again, and i just had a few bagels in the office.

what should i do?
