Intake Noise

So not too long ago I replaced my K&N filter with a dry AFe filter so I wouldnt have to worry about MAF troubles. Since then I've noticed that under throttle there's a substantially louder induction noise. I checked all the tubing and it doesn't look like there are any leaks on the intake that would be causing the noise. Has anyone else noticed a difference like that just from changing the filter or do you think there's a leak that I haven't found yet? Thanks

It's very possible, those aFe's are very high flow.

The air filter itself has no effect on the sound. It's the chambers in the air box and induction tubing that affects it. I'm guessing something didn't go back together quite right.
