hi, i'm wondering if someone can help me with this - the two bolt holes on my car that you attach the rear license plate bracket to are stripped and i need to replace them.

you can see what i'm referring to in the picture.

i need to replace the two plastic bolt "nuts" (not sure what they're called exactly) and also get the proper bolts. what part #'s do i need, where can i get them, etc. and how can you get the old "nuts" out? are they pried out?

i already tried my local bmw dealer and they were going to charge me $100 to do this!

please help, i'm sick of my plate hanging by one incorrectly sized bolt!
