my vote goes to Mandarin
Looked like the F30 fleet of London Olympics vehicle.
How about this color for the F80?

Point noted, and totally agree.
Here in S.E. Asia I often see cars with heavy body-kits, spoilers, LEDs, speakers, etc. but with untouched engines, rusty old drum brakes, and so forth. Always makes me smile.. :-)

^ The "individual" will go out the window then. With price tag attached you can see the only reason they even exist. Having what others may never is the very reason people pay so much in the first place.

That is correct. These prices include German sales tax of 19% MwSt(or what we would call VAT). But even so... Germans pay more for less car(content) over here. And the warranty is shorter and no free maintenance.

Your typical oil change over here will set you back 200 to 300 euros for most BMW's. And that is not a service. Just an simple oil change.

Now that seems crazy to me. Is the cost of the oil that much higher, or is most of the cost going to the labor of the oil change? I'm glad I do my own oil changes.

That Yellow/Gold F10 touring in the background of pics 10-13 is just hot fire. I would totally rock this color, its got that E39 M3 feel.

Oil and fuel is taxed like crazy over here! At the dealer or on the Autobahn... you will pay dearly for oil. Normally about 20 to 33 euros PER liter. The filter is cheap at 12 or 15 euros. Labor is about 30 to 50 euros depending on who you go to(dealers). Most dealers charge ~120 euros per hour. Some will charge an hour's labor for a mini service: checking tire pressures and fluid levels. My dealer charges 35 euros to change the oil(only labor). Then there are shop fee's and 19% MwSt(sales tax).

Most Germans only change their oil once per year. Most Germans only keep a new car for two years - then get a new one. Because at the end of two years... it will need another service(more $$$) brakes and maybe tires. That is a few G's over here.

BMW oil seen at a Factory run dealer in Munich...

Leaving these cars in stock form with these colours does NOT work. They will really come alive with some tasteful modifications:

1. Balance the brash color with black (remove all chrome trim)
2. eliminate wheel gaps and sunk in wheels with upgrades or spacers

Also in line with my theory, I feel they are better suited to M models. The yellow on a stock e92 reminds me of a Chevy
