What parts do i need? Nonsport to mspott e90 lci

Hi had an accident in my e90 lci couple days ago and my front right non sport bumper been hit.. I wanna replace it with msport... Can anyone help me what parts i need for msport really confused some says i need to change fenders and some say just the bumper
