Stick with the offense, let Felton bring it up. Im surprised Woodson didn't play prijioni towards the end for defense when Avery Bradley went on a tear. Steve, I should have hit reply and not quoted you. I'm just adding my thoughts to this thread. |

Start of the 4th. They better get their act together. Felton needs to have the ball so he can penetrate and break down Indiana's defense. J.R needs to sits before he shoots us out of the game. Let's Effin go. Melo is going to take over the 4th, I just hope he can make his shots.

How did he not get those calls in the 4th quarter? Silly refs don't give anything to Melo. He's like the only superstar who doesn't get the calls.

Good question. They were whistle happy with the soft fouls. I don't like the way reffs call NBA games now. Let these big boys play hard, clean basketball, and stop taking the rhythm out of the game with all these whistles. I say Knicks bounce back, and win game 2.

Knicks need to run and Pacers are notorious for slowing down the game and forcing jump shots. If you look at Alot of Knicks wins are on easy baskets because they like to run the court. Pacers strength is their defense. For Knicks to win they need to be red hot on the perimeter. I hope Melo doesn't play like Arod from this point on.

They need to drive to the basket. If their perimeter game is off, which it has been their in troubled. Long rebounds lead to fast breaks. which is not good for the Knicks because they don't defend transition baskets. I don't believe how bad Melo's shooting percentage has been in the last 3 games. I hope he's not the basketball Arod. Indiana is not going to be a push over. Their going to give the Knicks trouble I hope they can overcome, and win the series.

This is not going to be easy. Knicks need to put up a tall lineup and that's not really their strength. With Amare back they might stand a chance to win this series as he is one guy that has height that can run the court but the question is how effective he will be after such a big layoff on the DL. I mean the last time I saw someone choke nearly as bad as Melo has, was John Starks with his dismal pathetic shooting in game 7 of the finals in which he went 2 for 17. I mean god if he would have made 4 more shots we would have had the championship, but 2 for 17 he kept chucking it up. An amateur could have done a better!!! They should have never gotten rid of Nate Robinson. That boy maybe short but he got some moves. He broke a couple of ankles yesterday in the Heat game! Lol

I don't think Amare is going to be effective. It takes several games to get back into the groove, as we saw the last time he returned. With Indiana's physical style of play, I'm afraid he might get injured again. I hope they can pull this series off.
