Underbody panels removal for xi models
Hi everyone,
I tried to search but can't find a diagram on how to remove underbody panels for xi model. There is one extra metal plate for xi compare to the rwd. Anyone has a picture of the whole front half of the car's underside (including transmission cover) with all the nuts location for splash guards on xi models? If so, it will be a lifesaver (wanna check for any transmission or oil leak/seep). Thanks. |

Its super simple remove all the numerous bolts to the plastic underbody with an 8mm socket. The giant metal plate is secured with 5 or 6 17mm bolts I believe. Just keep removing them and it everything pulls right off.
