I bought them brand new from OEMConcept in April 2012, every single knick that I could see is posted in the pictures below. Some minor scratches here and there but no cracks/leaks guaranteed.

Had to pay extra for the center caps, which are included in the sale.

Local sale preferred, but will ship at buyers expense + paypal fees
