Then the side air bags will have different connections. You can either use the connectors from your front seats or do some re-pinning yourself.

Congrats, you're going to love the support those seats give.

Having done an interior swap in my youth I found the easiest thing was to strip everything from my own car, leaving just the drivers seat in place, and went and picked it up in my own car i with the interior gone, there should be sufficient space to fit everything in.

I had both leather and alcantara in 2 different cars.. Leather hard, not the best quality and not as comfortable as the cloth.. Just my opinion. Leather still more desirable though.

And it marks very easily.. Leather that is.

My car has alcantara m sport memory seats and i love them. Previously had leather and were too hot in the summer and then too cold in winter. These are perfect and hold you in really well.

So.. I think we can say from these responses leather is not as good as cloth.. Probably not what the marketing men think!

I much prefer the alcantara grip and comfort and funnily enough jump over to the US side of things on here and they alll want this. IMO the best setup woudl be middle section on seat and back from alcantara and side bolsters from leather. Something I wish they would do.
I had leather on a previous car and swapped it for alcantara as i suffered psoriasis and the leather irritated my skin.
Im one of the lucky ones now as im on medication which has cleared my psoriasis and i now find leather comfy but heated is a must in this weather.

Leather is great, but it needs looking after....properly, the remain great and most owners simply don't.

It needs cleaning regularly and then moisturising every few months as well.

When leather looses its grain and goes all hard and shiny, people think that it is the leather wearing, wearing so much the grain is worn away, it is not, it is grease and dirt caught in the leather forming a layer! Nice!

You can get all this grease and dirt off leather years later and it will come back to a matte look again, but don't moisturise it until you have cleaned it and got it looking like new again.

Remember leather is like your skin, it needs moisture in it.
As soon as you cut the skin off it starts to dry out, so put some food hide on it every so often and it will keep looking nice and stay tight.
Think of it as Nivea for your seats.
