M550 sizing for e90 lci question

Hey, guys, I currently have Miro 111s 19" 8.5 and 9.5. I was thinking of getting 9.5 for the fronts but given I mostly likely would have to get a new set and break it to make mine square. So I am thinking of just getting a whole new setup. My question is if I get 9.5 square M550 should I get et35 et33 or different offsets? Also my current tire sizes are 235/35/19 and 265/30/19, these should work or should I get another pair of rears? Looking for aggressive but not too much. Currently dropped on Eibach Pro Kit but will be getting coilovers and going another .5" lower or so. Thank you for the input!

personally if I was going to run 9.5 square setup I'd get (pretty easy to run, nice flush look)
Front: 19x9.5 et 20
Rear: 19x9.5 et 10

I'd go for different rims and staggered setup though

Those offsets are for lci e90, correct? Thank you! Why different wheels and why staggered if don't mind asking?
