Its clamped tight. Would there still be seepage? Is this enough to warrant a rear bank replacement? AKA seal's shot? Do I have a case?

It could be making its way down all the way from the oil filter housing gaskets.

When was the last time you took a good look under the engine like this? Depending on how long ago the valve cover repair was done, it could be residual oil. Unless you spend a decent amount of time with degreaser, it can be hard to get the oil from the nooks and crannies on this engine. I see it all the time from past repairs.
As mentioned earlier, it could also be from the rear turbo inlet. Under full-throttle, the oil vapors are directed from the cyclone-separators in the valve cover to the rear turbo inlet. This is done because when there is pressure (boost) in the intake manifold, the vapors must enter the engine via a different path. The small amount of oil pictured could definitely be seeping from the rubber grommet where the tube connects to the turbo. It's just a push-fit connection.

Thanks for the info guys. The valve cover was done just over a year ago. I am very anal in degreasing and cleaning the motor. The techs recently did my water pump and 02 sensors, along with dropping the transfer case and re sealing it.
I took a look in there post repairs and didn't notice anything. The oil is visibly on the turbo dripping off of it.
