Awesome thread man, u really baby this thing like a real car enthusiast, glad everything turned out great, I'm curious to know....you had the jb4 running the auto tune map 5 when dynoed....and then you switched over to a cobb tune which gave you an extra 23 whp?

I use the AP to flash custom tunes from BuraQ and WedgePerformance. Look them up if you want more power.

New front end?
Have you thought of changing the bumper cover? I am FBO on my Monaco e90 now and am ready to start changing the cosmetics but i am having a hard time deciding M3 rep or M-tech, Been leaning towards M-tech but can't find a lot of pictures of our color with new bumpers.

Hey man, awesome build thread and a perfect car if I do say so myself. I like how you've kept it clean and simple and focused on it being a useable drivers' car in true sleeper style. Great power, sensible exterior mods and overall the perfect combination of sedan, manual and subtlety.
I've attached a some pics of my E90 M Sport 6MT in BSM. It has the Lemon Dakota interior which is freaking hard to keep clean - especially the driver's bolster. Plans for this car are much they same as what you have done: Cobb AP3 tune (hoping for around 330 - 340 whp), black grilles, a solid detail (including coating the hubs and calipers gloss black), new dampers and springs and maybe some blacklines. Will probably keep the stock rims as I just replaced the tyres with the new Hankook S1 Evo 2 and they seem pretty good: |

I have a 2008 e90 335i Sedan (Pre-LCI) that has TPMS. I'm not quite sure why the '07s don't have it...

Also! Got an OEM M sport rear bumper last week!
I'm really happy with how it came out!

this build is great! keep it coming!
I do really love those 230s you threw into the car at first, those IMHO are THE rims for the e90. And one little suggestion, I think the black kidney grill will look way better if it was gloss, it will blend in wit the glossy finish of the hood and bumper and unless under direct sun light, the black with the monaco blue will look pretty much alike under artificial light and in the dark.... my 0.2 cents here |

You can still get the stock looking gloss black grilles through ECS.

I've been super busy recently because we bought a new house! That has been sucking all possible spending money, which means nothing new for the car. I'm hoping to get some new shocks as my next mod! Then after that hopefully just saving to build a separate two car garage. We only have a one car now and its SMALL.
Here is the beast in front of the new pad. [/url] I epoxy'd the garage floor before we moved in. Fun but labor intensive project!

I haven't been coming around the forums much any more but here is a recent pic just for fun. I think I'm going to buy a Tacoma.
