noob car care help

Hey fellas and ladies,

Finally picked up my 1st beemer and thought I should ask for input. Purchased a CPO 2011 E90 328 Deep Sea Blue w/Black interior. Used to own Acura Legend and TL and an Accord. Every two or three weeks I did the basic spray, rinse, dry and Turtle shine spray and cleaned out the interior every other time.

I'm definitely going to be a lot more anal with my new girl's cleanliness and have been going through a lot of the threads on the forum and it seems a lot of you take a lot of care with your rides and know the product pretty well. I've never waxed or anything beyond the basic cleaning above so thought I should ask about how you guys keep your cars clean.

I especially wanted to get input from owners with black interior on what you use inside on the leather and on the dash, doors, etc., I usually just use Armor All to wipe down everything.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the link, it was very helpful. Over the week I've been reading it and the sticky from DavidN and this weekend I'm going to clay and seal with Meguairs if I can't find Klasse at the stores near my house. Figure I'll leave off polishing til around April for the AZ heat since I don't want to polish twice a year and wear out the clear coat. In the meantime I'll try to spend some time watching some pros polishing in person before buying the PC and doing it myself.

I've been using Klasse for year. You use it very sparingly, therefore it last for years. It provides a great long lasting shine. Good luck.
