Need help with pricing my E92 for sale

I will be listing my E92 for sale in about 1 month, I am hoping to get member opinions on the list price (or what is a fair price). Below is the vehicle details:

2009 BMW 335i Coupe
Rear Wheel Drive
6sp manual
Purchased new from BMW Gallery
Approximately 22,000 kms
All options except navigation
White on coral red interior
No accidents, car is in really good shape
All service completed at BMW Gallery
Dinan stage 2
BMS dual cone intake
Located in Calgary

$28K - $30K range on just the car. Aftermarket add on, better part them out and recover as much as possible
