My airbag and seatbelt warning lights are on and I want to know specifically what code its throwing.

It's most likely your passenger side airbag detector. BMW recently (as in last summer), sent out messaging saying that they've extended the warranty on the airbag sensor due to cracking. My '06 E90 had the same issue.
