That's a wrap.

Finished wrapping my car. Well kinda I am still on the fence about the gloss black roof.

Pretty cool color. Pretty cool garage/work space also.

However, it kinda looks like blue painters tape to me in some shots lol.

Yes did it myself, I put about 16 hours into it, help would have been nice.

Cost $0

Blue painters tape, makes sense it is a 3M product after all.

I'm diggin it. What do you think about the roof. I'm trying to get opinions on whether or not to wrap it too.

Looks awesome man. I've vaguely thought about doing this myself too. I've done clear bras myself, but this is a whole other level as evidenced by your pics.

BTW - love the idea of a black roof, but would sort of lean towards it being matte as well. Just my $0.02 (about what it is worth ).

Terrific job! I like the black roof, but maybe you should wrap it too? (Any metallic in your black paint that could sun fade?) How long do you plan on keeping the wrap on? It looks like it was done by a pro, again, great job.

Edit: just looked at the pics again... Maybe you are a pro?

Nice work! Looks like a very clean wrap job. And the color looks awesome in the sunlight!

Black out the chrome window trim...

I like the blue, It looks good!

Edit: I read in one of your other post you had a few e46's. Were you looking for a E46 last year? I had a guy come look at my E46 and mentioned he did a lot of vinyl wrap.

Blacking out the trim was my intention all along. Here are a few shots during and after.
Finishing covering up my wood interior trim now with Dinoc. will have a few pictures of that tomorrow.

Just a thought, that black wrap might like nice on the roof instead of keeping it gloss.

I'm leaning towards wrapping it in blue. I just want to wait to see how the roof looks after I get the windows tinted.

Awesome job! I definitely would have lended a hand but from the looks of it, you didn't need it. Diggin the blue with the gloss black roof. I say keep it gloss. And maybe take the vinyl off the mirrors and go back to the black? Just a thought, but it might help tie in the roof.

Btw...any chance u want to cover my mirrors in matte black for me?

I could do your mirrors. I usually am freed up after 3pm. Send me a pm and we can discuss the details.

No not starting a shop. I have been in the design and vinyl business for over a decade. I currently engineer graphics for most of the major car manufacturers.
Here is one of the most current projects that I finished.

Gotta cover up the wood trim. Until I get some brushed black in the black carbon fiber 1080 will have to do. I sprayed it with matte clear as the shine did not appeal to me.
