I called my BMW rep to find out if he can check the service history of my 335d to see if the DDE was ever replaced. He called back and said that the DDE was never replaced in my car.

Here is the list of codes:
4D03 Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Bank #1 (DPF is too restrictive, clogged?)
4592
4593 These 2 codes are related to injector #2 and #4.
4D35 Reducing agent metering valve (Most likely the urea solution metering valve is clogged)

The car will be admitted to the shop next Monday.

I has another SES recently but it was the coolant temperature sensor. No additional problem with the injectors so far.

Another SES

Had another SES pop up on our US spec 2010 with ~20K Miles on it. 4th or 5th time it'll be in the shop for a DEF related SES issue. The dealer told me the DEF tank has to be replaced @ a cost of 1300 Euro. BMW only has a two year warrenty in Germany so I'll be looking for a good will claim. They cleared the SES light & it hasn't come back yet. Nice car but way too many DEF related issues....not sure if they will ever stop. I'm seriously thinking of fixing & trading it in, probably not for a BMW though.
