Stay away from BMW Gallery of Norwell.

For service.....Long story short...I went and dropped off my car for routine maintenance ie oil change etc and was told my car was all set. I go get my car drive all the way home and pull into my garage..I go out to the garage five minutes later and theres coolant all over the floor. I call them and say wtf and they tell me to call roadside assistance and hop a ride with the tow driver and a loaner will be waiting..When I get there theres two other people all pissed off too saying their car is still broken and you didn't fix this or that..It was like amateur hour over there..I wont be back.

When I was looking to buy the first thing out of the jack@ass sales guy was "you know how much these cost right?" At which point he tried to sell me a year old demo with 5k miles for full sticker price claiming they were sold out of coupes for the year, it was March of 08. I then told him to F himself and drove off.

At the time I was driving an 06 Jeep SRT-8 (a 45k vehicle so it's not like I'm driving a 10 year old civic and I was 32 at the time). I work in a material science lab where esd is a major concern so cotton is a must which means I roll to work in jeans/shorts depending on the weather and usually a polo shirt. Apparently I was under dressed for his taste.

Im going to disagree. Ive had nothing but good experiences there and they treat me like gold. I guess Im just lucky. They could never fix my rattle though. They also dont seem to care about my mods. My SA id Jim something and they always take care of me. sorry you had such a shitty experience.
