What do you think of my deal?

MSRP: $48,925.00

Price they came back with first - $40,900

They want to finance me one of two ways:

$495.17 (before tax) per month on a 36 month lease with a $29,355 lease-end value and ZERO down.

$664.83 per month for 60 month at 3.9%.

Thoughts on my deal? Good enough or do you think I have more power to negotiate?

They kind of almost offended me with what they want to give me for my trade... $3k+ under the "good" trade-in value without even seeing the car...

what's the money factor and residual % on the lease

Money factor is 0.002 and residual is 60%. Both seem fairly high. Interest comes out at 6-7%.

There is also $1,410 cap cost
