Sway bar stiffness. Dinan 325i vs stock M3

Ok, Dinan's rear sway bar is 15mm for the 325i/28i/30i. The stock M3 is 23mm I think. Normally you'd think the thicker one is stiffer but the stock ZSP bar is also 15mm and Dinan's is for sure stiffer than the ZSP bar. The car goes up on 3 wheels on steep driveways all the time. I also noticed that dinan has the same front bar for their M3 suspension but includes no rear bar. All the clues say the M3 bar is stiffer than the Dinan 325i bar but I don't know for sure. I called Dinan but the rep didn't know for sure either.
