I would say no. You can almost get a base 335 for that much.

Seems a little high to me. I paid only a few thousand more for my 328i xDrive with similar options (except exec pkg and sport pkg, but with I-drive) and it was brand new.

I think it's a good starting point. Coupes retail for more than sedans and that model appears to be fully loaded. You should be able to get it for a few grand less and I think that'll be a good deal.
