need your opinion (Picture)

hello everyone
i own e92 2008 335i 80k KM
i got alignment checked since inside of the front tires was wearing really bad. i got it done from bmw dealer for 120.(picture) they couldn't fix camber on left front side. i was told boot on Tension Strut was ripped.(picture) they suggest i should change that part and see if it fixes the problem. will that fixes the alignment? they will charge me close to 400 for changing that. i was thinking insert of paying them for changing that i will change it myself and upgrade it to m3 control and tension strut arms (parts $562 from ecstuning) you guys thing is it worth it. i might add sway bar as well for $299.
other option i have is just change tension strut for $100 and save that extra cash for some other mod. what you guys think?

front left is pushed in by about 1/2 inch will that after camber. left strut tower pushed in. i took my car to a mechanic and he said it should not effect alignment. it is true. i will be getting this fixed aswell mechanic estimate me $500 is it reasonable.

thanks in advance for your help.

The BMW dealer is correct in all likelihood, that something is bent/broken. It isn't possible to get -2.4 deg. camber in the front with stock suspension - not even close.
The M3 control arms/tension struts are welcome upgrades on any 3'er. I have them on my car and would gladly do the same upgrades again due to enhanced road feedback. Your front control arms will have to be replaced eventually anyway due to the bushings being fluid filled (depends on mileage; they'll start to leak) , why not do it all at once & pay for one alignment.

Good luck.
