Deodorant on seat

So my friend was in the car and she was wearing a tank top. She leaned into the back of the car and got deodorant marks on the side of the passenger seat. What can I use to get it off as water and spit isnt working?

a preemptive smack?

is your interior leather or leatherette? you can throw a ton of crap at the leatherette w/o having to worry much. soap maybe? or armorall leather cleaner?

always pisses me off when my friends trash my car

Naw, it wasnt her fault. She wasnt trying to trash my car and she was so upset when she saw it. She feels the same way about keeping cars clean. Its just one of those things that happens.

Its black leather so maybe Ill try some leather wipes.

Actually she was more upset that she did that and wasnt paying attention. Its not like she threw up or shat herself in the car.

my passengers have had a few close calls with the former. but yeah you can't get mad at a girl who isn't paying attention, makes non-lasting damage, and is obviously sorry. i was speaking more of my buddies spilling food and then telling me that i "drive a bmw, pay someone else to clean it up."

...damn college kids

That's why I only date Amish women. No deodorant stains!!

Try a leather cleaner/conditioner yet? Maybe a dab of mild soapy water first?

Have you tried Lexol leather cleaner?

Saddle soap would be another safe option.

Ok, I found some Meguires leather wipes. Took it right off but now my leather is really shiny. I hope that goes away.

It doesn't! I used some of that on my car (Saddle Brown) and now you can definately see the "shiny" spots that I got the cleaner on and the not so shiny spots that I missed. I applied Zaino Z9 Leather Cleaner and Z10 Leather in a Bottle and still haven't gotten that stuff all the way off.

Leave it on. It should work great when the leather starts to "sweat".

This actually happened to me the other day. I used my mom's land rover leather cleaner and it took it right off...no shine either.

I had drunk girl in my girl that I picked up at a club and while I was in the convenient store, she was trying to put on make up...that fluid powder crap...and she spilt it all over...my seats are stained also. The weird thing about it is that I didn't notice until I rode the car next day. I guess thats what alcohol and girls do to you....don't care about it anymore. Its been a month now I had my car and I had too many trouble with it already...someone side swipes my door and fender the second day I got it, the backseat vents don't work, dynamic headlights don't turn...I don't think anything else could go wrong now...
