Atlanta emissions testing

Hello all,

I recently relocated to Atlanta and am in the midst of registering my 2007 328i. Would these specific vanos fault codes 2A87 (exhaust vans, mechanism) and 2A82 ( Vanos Intake) cause a failure in emissions testing?

Yes those codes will cause emissions related CELs and thus you'll fail
