Sweet blown Mach. What do you have done to it? If you are running up on 700 then you obviously have a built engine, procharger I see, what else?

Sounds pretty good. I never get people playing around with me when I'm in the Cobra. I think people try less against a Cobra because they expect to lose vs a Mach. Oh well, it may be gone tomorrow. Selling it for my 335.

Yep, I'm saving to build a house and my two mustangs cost more than 1 BMW after you include gas and all that.

I'm going to be starting a classic restoration project once I get my house.

Haha, if he has nearly 700 he's going to put you in the dust unfortunately. All that means is you need to start modding the Vette though.

unfortunately for him the vette weighs in about 600 lbs less and makes more power till about 5k, CF blowers take a little time to wind up. he will take me at the top end when he is in his power band but the z06 has almost a freakish mid range. i know he is gonna win but i will put up a good fight for now till my head and cam package go in!

Well, I'll wish you good luck, but I think it may be worse than you expect, haha. He's got 250 RWHP on you. 600 pounds will make up for maybe 50 RWHP or so. Sure CF has to wind, but that's not really a factor as long as he shifts high, he'll never drop out of power.

Either way, like I said, even more excuse to get the heads and cam in the Z06. Make sure your cam is good and lumpy too, haha. Nothing sounds better than a Vette with a big ole cam.

That's definitely a nice ride he set up. And equally a nice Z06 you have there. Call me strange but the only mustangs I ever really liked was the old school 5.0's. I can't really give you a reason for it either lol, but I'd have to guess it's because of that crazy engine back in the days when most cars weren't putting out too much hp.

What's up Drew? I have seen this beast in person and it's sick. I knew you couldn't stay away from here. You spend more time taking pictures of the vette than you do driving it. Now stop picking on our poor little cars, it's like being the school yard bully. You need to break that car in already so you can run the Mustang. I've been keeping my eyes open for that 335. Don't worry, We'll find him
