You canīt destroy the BDM interface by writing the wrong code to the microcontroller. Unless the microcontroller is not broken and the programmer is connected as it should be BDM work. Iīve had some misprogrammed ecus on my desk and via BDM i was able to bring all back to life.

Which prgogrammer do you use?

Shiv sent it to C2 motorsports in KY and they weren't able to recover - they were gonna send to italy but I cant afford that much shipping and time, so they now sent it back to me, now Ken's gonna help me force write using NCS the stock file, if that doesnt work can you take a look at it remotely ?

little background:

rightafter the I8AOS bin was written (instead of IJEOS), the thing stopped communicating with the Open Flash Tablet, even on the WINKFP it kept showing ignition OFF when it was ON) .. can you PM me your ph no might need some help ... sorry man really nervous lol

MSD81 unfortunately does not have BMD but JTAG (Tricore). Sorry, my fault. Here you need a tool like byteshooter or K-Tag. Just have look around and search for chiptuners. These guys shouldt have such tools.

what are the chances of a force write with NCS waking it up?

Hmm, no idea. Sorry. I always use the hardware methods like BDM or desoldering to get the data.
