Help: Golf tee mod connector way on a 09 E93 335i

Hey guys, I recently got the 09 e93 335i and wanted to do the simple golf tee mod the connector way, where you pry out that cover in the trunk and disconnect the connectors. But when I went in there today the cover on the 09 is latched or screwed shut. How can I get in there? Anyone try it on a 09? Thanks in advance!

i have checked them out, none specified how to take out the screw or whatnot thats holding it in. I wouldn't ask if I had found it.

Doesnt this method throw a code? Just pull off the rubber hose, push a bb in there, fold it, and zip tie it.
