Like the topic says... And I've seen this car featured in magazines too...

I always be careful when I open the car door.
However, I got a question that I have been wanting to ask.

What if you're driving and a taxi passenger opens the taxi door and hit your car? Who's gonna be responsible for the damage of both taxi door and your own car? The taxi passenger? The taxi driver? Or it's pretty much it's a bad luck day?

I think the taxi driver has the responsibility to let the passenger off at a safe zone, meaning the taxi driver would be responsible for the repair costs if an accident occurs.
However, I've heard cases where the passenger pays for the repairs for both vehicles...
