Definitely one of my favorite OEM wheels. I had the same issue when I ran OEM 18-inch 219M (off E9X M3) on my E90. The fronts fit perfectly, but the rear tires rubbed because the 40 series tire was too tall. I think if you switch the tires you should be just fine.

Great work, and congrats!

None whatsoever. There's so much room on the fender side. It is closer to rubbing the wheel well liner and suspension arms on the inside than it is to rubbing the fender.

Update: I rolled my fenders preemptively. I think I did a good job if I may say so myself. Using a heat gun and IR thermometer made the job very simple. I will add that it is difficult to roll the inner lip without inducing some flare of the fenders. It's not very noticeable though. The wheels are still with the powder coater who said sandblasting them gave him a hard time due to the OEM multi-stage finish.

Expecting mine to arrive tomorrow, cant wait. Will call the shop and set up an appointment if the fender roll is needed. I recently learned that LCI have less room on the back so I am glad for the 1st time that I have a 08 e90 . I will update with pictures and such later tomorrow or Wednesday the latest.

Did you roll your fenders? What tire sizes are you running?

No rolling fenders. Running same sizes as ebisu, 235 35 19 and 265 30 19. Had few shop workers sit on the trunk to see if there were any sign of rubege going on and none.

Whats going on with photobucket? Damn, I want to release these pics to you guys!
