Need to repaint bumpers...

I need to repaint my front and rear bumpers. Wondering how much it'll set me back. What do you guys think?

It'd also be nice to get any recommendations on shops in the bay area, ca?

i had an m3 rep front bumper painted and it cost me $400 in NY. Installed myself.
