I agree Kev, i got the xenon bulb kit from Bimmian but i'm STILL waiting for a fix! It's been so long that i honestly feel that they aren't even trying to fix anything.

Seriously, I don't understand what they are thinking. We've been working on a full LED kit for over a year and we are painfully aware of the situation that with the map lights turning off after the engine is fired up. We've found two solutions to the problem and both of them required in-line resistor in the bulb to solve the issue. I guess it's the added cost of engineering the resistor that makes them not move forward to solving the issue. Instead, they continue to sell the kits as is, and when you bitch and moan, they give you the blue filament bulbs instead.

Geezzz I feel so stupid right about now...... all this time I've been looking at different DIY's and basically the whole forum and never saw this thread till I ran into this big mess. I just finished installing and troubleshooting with of course the famous Bimmian Led's and of course I have the same issue, I turn on the car and my map and center lights turn off and so when I go turn them on the foot lights turn on this really scared me for a bit. I'm thinking of just placing back my regular bulbs in the map and center dome and basically just keeping the rest Led's. I will give the vendor and call just to hear what they have to say and I'll post it up tomorrow. Overall I'm just very disappointed like the rest of you because I honestly thought How hard and difficult can this project would be? and after it all looks like I'm not alone.
