Valvetronic motor leak?

I decided to take out my spark plugs today to inspect and possibly replace. Car is an '07 e90 N52 with 143k miles.

I immediately noticed that plug #3 had oil residue on its threads, unlike #2 and #1. Took a good look at the plug sleeve and there was a small amount of oil at the bottom. Same thing for plug #4. (#5 and #6 had no such issue).

2 years and 5 months ago (40k miles ago), dealer did my valve cover gasket and his billing shows a charge for a valvetronic gasket. I'm thinking this is a valvetronic motor / gasket leak.

What do you guys think? Is there a possibility this was just sloppy clean up from the vcg? Should I see leaks elsewhere? I don't see anything obvious, as there was when the vcg was leaking.

engine has been running okay but recently had a few fuel mixture faults.
