I have been running the pulley for over a month with no issues. The car seems more prone to rev up and lighter on his feet. Its lots of snow so i cannot fully test it. I will do a dyno probably next week. I already dynoed the car at the same place and mods so we will see what the gains are.

Did you install the part or your shop?

I am still wondering about that rubber ring Mike mentioned that was to help deaden vibration. Do you recall if this was on the pulley you purchased? If not no worries.

Like everyone here would like a little more info.

There is no rubber on the outside of the OEM pulley. The ring is inside the pulley and the NST does not have it. i havent noticed any change of sound of the engine. My shop installed it.

So am I correct in saying that, this pulley is only ok to run if I only add small amounts of HP?

Or is this still a good Idea / Mod if I’m pushing 650 + HP ?

I know you are going to HPF, but if you are then they should decide what pulley you should use. Since they are going to be the architects for your car, let them decide what is best. You are not talking about a simple BPU car.

Hey guys. not here to sell you anything just here to help the community out. Im now over 30k miles. Still no issues with the pulley. Still running map 7 jb3 1.3. on a daily basis. no other mods unless u consider my sunglasses visor clip a mod (Which adds 12.7 whp)

p.s. im getting misfires could that be dirty plugs??

Plugs or coilpack. I replaced a coil on Casey's car and cleared the issue right up! I think the coils run about $70/ea. But first things first, change the plugs.

I got it but haven't put it on the car yet...anyone track their car yet with the pulley installed or anyone done a considerable number of WOTs with it installed?

I'm just waiting for someone with this pulley to take it for a track day and report back and then I'll install it..was thinking of sending it back but would lose a 100 bucks in shipping back and forth so decided to just hold on to it..

do you think the engine will fail because of the pulley during a track day and not while street racing?

I just dynoed my car , i got around 6-8 whp and 15 nm torque more with the pulley.
