H & R lowering spring question

trying to lower my e92 335i. Just wanna hear from you guys about this lowering spring. Good? Worth it?

I got them paired with Koni Yellows, rides awesome and looks even better. Can't go wrong.

We just had a customer switch out his H&Rs because the back end sagged pretty badly. They are not of bad quality, they are just progressive meaning they are not as consistent in their ride as a linear rate spring. This same client switched out his H&Rs with SWIFT linear springs. He could not be happier and he has a review in this suspension section of the forum. Do a little research on the SWIFT setup for it is fairly new but a great, great option.

Ive been running H&R Sport springs for 4 years now on stock shocks and struts. I think it was worth the money.

how many inch should it be for a lowering spring?
isn't the coilover better than lowering spring?

Coilovers are a better option because they are comprised of a shorter/stiffer spring matched with a performance damper. In my personal experience, H&R Springs ride horribly on stock shocks and aren't much better matched with a performance damper. I have been very pleased with my KW V1's. When it comes to suspension, you get what you pay for.

Definitely couldn't be happier. Excellent setup!!! Thanks to HP for a good deal and quick shipping. Get the HP ride height adjusters and thrust sheets & bearings.
